"NIKO" Group celebrates its 20th anniversary

             "NIKO" Group, one of the largest operators of Ukrainian car market, celebrates 20 years of successful work and the achievement of high business performance. It became possible due to the teamwork, balanced managerial decisions and support of customers and partners.

              Since its foundation in 1992, the Company has worked its difficult way up from a small enterprise to an international business association. In 1993, "NIKO" received a status of official dealer of Mitsubishi Motors in Ukraine and the next year opened the first conceptual dealer center of Mitsubishi Motors in Kyiv. In 1998, "Trade House - NIKO" became the official importer and distributor of Mitsubishi Motors in Ukraine, and in 2003, it received the status of an official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors in Moldova and Belarus.

             In 2006, in accordance with the accepted strategy of further development of the automotive business the "NIKO" Group began to develop its own multi-brand network of retail trading. Nowadays, "NIKO" retail trading network includes 15 dealerships, such as Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, Infiniti, Audi and Porsche in cities of Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv and Chernivtsi.

            Today, "NIKO" is known not solely as a car company, but as a Corporation that includes "NIKO Trading" – an importer and distributor of ExxonMobil lubricants, "NIKO Capital" – nonbank financial institution, KUA "NIKO" – the asset Management Company, "Indigo" – the insurance company, "N-Trans" – the transport company, the customs terminal "Ukrainian terminal", and building and investment company "NIKO-Invest". The enterprises of the Group of Companies employ approximately 2,000 employees throughout Ukraine.

              It is important to note, that "NIKO" Group pays a great attention to implementing the strategy of corporate social responsibility. Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Krona" is a part of "NIKO" since 2007. "Krona" is a tool for the development and realization of all the Group’s charitable and social projects.
"NIKO" Group is working hard to attract funding for major projects. For example, the company invests more than 40 million dollars into the construction of automotive megapolis "NIKO" that is located on Boryspil highway 4 km from the international airport "Boryspil". The complex will consist of 5 conceptual dealerships, an area for sale of used cars, and one of the largest in Ukraine complex for painting and straightening. The total area of the Complex will be 6 hectares.

              The key to successful and fast-moving development of the "NIKO" Group was not only balanced managerial decisions, but, above all, the team's professionalism and the constant desire for improvement.
